Cherrydale Painting has been providing our customers with quality decorating services for over 25 years. We can arrange for one room, our your entire home to be transformed in a reasonable time with as little disruption to you and your family as possible. Wallpaper removal, drywall repairs and custom color matching are no problem. We have wallpaper installation referrals available. We have been doing our own color matching for many years and can duplicate any color you might find from any paint manufacturer, or sample you might have. We supply you with a large sample board of your color in the actual product we will be using so you can see the color and finish you can expect.
Cherrydale uses quality products from a variety of manufacturers. We recommend PPG's flat latex for most ceilings. It is the best product we have found that covers well and has a true dead flat finish. The latter being important in that the flatter the finish, the less chance of drywall seams or imperfections showing through. As for walls, we recommend the Pittsburgh Paints Manor Hall line of latex & oil base products. These paints are some of the most durable finishes available today. When applied as a two coat system they provide you with the durability and longevity that today's smart consumer expects. They have a wide range of finishes. These include flat, eggshell, satin, pearl, and semi-gloss. When it comes to trim, we have found that Pittsburgh Paints lo-luster oil base enamel to be the best all around product. It's finish is durable and has a soft sheen. It holds up well to abuse by children, pets, and the occasional smack by a vacuum cleaner. Over the years we have used products from most manufacturers and can substitute the paint of your choice with some exceptions.
